This hotel is known for its unique atmosphere, tradition, and warm hospitality. It is consistent with its multi-award winning cuisine. All this makes for a stylish experience.
You can feel the passion of the whole team here, who aim to offer our guests perfect service. Come for a visit and experience it for yourself. We are looking forward to welcoming you. |

The background image is of the dining room. The original Renaissance ceiling was removed from an old half-timbered house, perfectly matching the inn's overall style.

The Cuisine
The kitchen team, under the guidance of chef Wilfried Hahn, creates a sophisticated cuisine with regional and seasonal dishes at their finest, from fresh local produce primarily from the region. The quality of the food and the Landwehr-Bräu beers are representative of the Franconian lifestyle. It is the people of the Landwehr-Bräu who reach this high level every day.

The chef has a special fondness for desserts. You shouldn't resist these little temptations.
-
We Franks understand beer brewing, and the Landwehr beer brewers are of course all the more well-versed in it. Experience the entire spectrum of freshly-tapped beers.
-
As is fitting for a Franconian inn, our wine cellar is also perfectly stocked. Of course the focus is on regional wines.

Whether it is "only" a Frankish light meal with sausages from our kitchen, or a complete set meal with selected ingredients, our menu offers something for all tastes. It is rounded off by the high-class, freshly-tapped Landwehr-Bräu beers, and a well-stocked wine list. Lovers of sweet temptations should not miss the dessert menu selection, an area that our chef is particularly versed in.
A freshly-tapped Landwehr beer or a nice glass of Franconian wine also shouldn't be passed up. |
